| # | Condition Details |
|---|---|
| 1 | (1) The temporary construction site hereby permitted shall be removed with the land restored in accordance with the restoration and maintenance scheme as required by condition No. 2 prior to 1 November 2011 unless otherwise agreed with local planning authority. REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location. |
| 2 | (2) The restoration of South Gare and Coatham Sands SSSI shall be undertaken within 3 months of the completion of that part of the pipeline and temporary construction area that has affected the integrity of the SSSI in accordance with a restoration and maintenance scheme that has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority unless otherwise first agreed in writing. REASON: To ensure the long term integrity of the South Gare and Coatham SSSI. |
| 3 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development is considered to be appropriate within this location for the temporary period requested. It would not have an adverse effect on the character or amenity of the area, highways safety or residential amenity. The application does not raise any environmental issues that would not be controlled elsewhere under environmental legislation. The proposal therefore accords with the Councils adopted Development Plan. |
| 4 | NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS4, CS9, CS10, CS11, CS20, DP2, DP3 and DP6. |
