| 6 | REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within an area identified for industrial/warehousing purposes. The design and siting of the development takes account of the principles set out in the Council’s supplementary planning guidance. The proposal therefore accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plan. |

| 8 | INFORMATIVE NOTES: 1 The local site fire service shall be called immediately for all fire incidents to ensure any fire spread is minimised (it is presumed an agreement between the Site Fire Service and UK Wood is already in place; if it is not, it must be established immediately). 2 There shall be an on site provision of fire fighting equipment that UK Wood staff are fully trained and able to use, if required, before the initial attendance by the on site fire service. 3 On site security provision shall be 24 hours a day; potential breeches /doubts shall be investigated immediately to ensure the safety (including fire safety) of the site. 4 Cleveland Fire Brigade understand that this planning application is for a temporary consent for the existing material on site only, that no further materials will be added to the site and that over a period of time the wood stacks will gradually be reduced in size until they are completely removed. |
