1 It is considered that the smoking shelter has an adverse affect on the amenities of local residents and adjoining occupiers by virtue of noise and other disturbance. The situation is exaccerbated by the raised nature of the smoking shelter which results in a structure which has an overbearing impact on adjacent properties.
