REASON: For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 2 | (2) When storing Ammonium Nitrate the building will not be used for the co-storage of urea. REASON: In the interests of health and safety. |
| 3 | (3) This consent replaces the existing consent (ref TDC/HS/97/001) granted in 1997 for the storage of 2500 te of ammonium nitrate in Sheds 4A, 6 and 7. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within a recognised industrial area which has been identified as being suitable for ammonium nitrate storage. There are no health and safety or environmental objections to the application. |
