Due to this it is advised that the applicant seeks advice on the installation of an appropriate gas membrane into the new extension. INFORMATIVE NOTE: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. INFORMATIVE NOTE: At no point should the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section. |
