# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 (2) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
3 (3) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Dwg. No. RH/003 - received 5 August 2010. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
4 INFORMATIVE NOTE: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. INFORMATIVE NOTE: At no point should the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section. INFORMATIVE NOTE: Before any works in connection with the development are started, a joint condition survey with the applicant, their contractor and the Highway authority should be undertaken of Back of Trafalgar Terrace.
5 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposal complies with Policies CS25 and DP9 of the Council’s adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
