INFORAMTIVE NOTE: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. INFORAMTIVE NOTE: The applicant is reminded that any discharge of water from the site should not drain onto the adopted highway but should be drained within the site boundaries. |
