# Condition Details
1 1) The proposed sue by virtue of the fact that it would not be open during the daytime would have an adverse effect on the vitality and viability of the Town Centre. The proposal is contrary to Policy CS18 of the Council's adopted Development Plan.
2 2) The use of the premises as a hot food takeaway is contrary to the Council's Interim Policy on Hot Food Takeaways which seeks to limit the number of hot food uses in commercial centres in the interests of maintaining the vitality and viability of these centres.
3 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS18, CS20, DP2 and DP3.
