# Condition Details
1 It is considered that the propsoed change of use would be detrimental to the amenities of the neighbouring property which is single family occupation by virtue of increased noise and disturbance. As such the proposal is contrary to Policies DP2 and DP3 of the Council's adopted Development Plan and Saved Policy H11 of the Council's Local Plan 1999.
2 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policies - CS16, CS20, DP2, DP3. Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan Saved Policies H11 & H14.
