| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed works will preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposal complies with Policies CS25 and DP9 of the Council’s adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
| 6 | INFORMATIVE NOTE: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. |
| 7 | INFORMATIVE NOTE: At no point should the adopted highway be blocked up with out the prior consent of the Councils Highways Maintenance section. |
| 8 | INFORMATIVE NOTE: A water supply should be available on site for damping down and dust suppression measures should be implemented in the event of significant dust emissions from the demolition work. |
