| 2 | (2) Details of the external materials to be used in the carrying out of this permission (including samples) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of development and the development shall not be carried out except in accordance with the approved details. | 3 | (3) Prior to the installation of the development hereby approved full details of any equipment / plant together with acoustic protection shall have been submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing. The approved scheme shall be implemented in its entirety and thereafter be maintained unless otherwise first agreed in writing. REASON: In the interests of residential amenity. |
| 4 | (4) A scheme of landscaping shall be implemented within the first planting season following the installation of the kiosk hereby approved in accordance with a scheme that has first been submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval in writing and it shall thereafter be maintained. REASON: In the interests of visual amenity. |
| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed kiosk due to its size, design and location would be unlikely to create conditions materially prejudicial to the appearance of the area or residential amenity. The proposal therefore accords with the aims of Policies CS1, CS20, DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. |
