1 It is considered that the proposed extension, change of use of the land and retrospective fence by virtue of its size and siting would be detrimental to the character of the property and streetscene by virtue of loss of public amenity space. As such the proposal is contrary to LDF Policy CS20, DP2, DP3 of the Council’s adopted Development Plan and the guidance contained within the Council’s Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document.
