No exceptional circumstances have been submitted to support this proposal; it is therefore considered contrary to the aims of Policy DP1 and DP15 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007. (2) It is considered that the proposed development will not preserve or enhance the character and appearance of the conservation area by virtue of the form, scale design and detailing of the proposed dwelling. It is therefore considered to be contrary to the aims of policy CS25 and DP9 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007. |
