2 (2) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Proposed site plan (D2009-10-05) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.01.2010 Existing elevations (D2009-10-02) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.01.2010 Existing plans (D2009-10-01) received by the Local Planning Authority on 26.01.2010 Proposed plans (D2009-10-03RevB) received by the Local Planning Authority on 01.02.2010 Proposed window design (D2009-10-06) received by the Local Planning Authority on 01.02.2010 REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
3 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP2, DP3, DP9, DP10, CS18, CS25.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed change of use is considered to be acceptable in this location by virtue of the fact that it would not have an adverse affect on the character or amenity of the area. In addition the proposed development will preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plan.
