# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The building/use hereby permitted shall be removed/discontinued and the land restored to its former condition within two months of any new Fire Station being brought into use for the Skelton area unless the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority has been obtained for an extension to the period of validity. REASON: The development is such that it would not be approved on a permanent basis in this location.
3 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP2 and DP3.
4 (3) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: GE 0001 Rev Q dated 16 December 2009, Location and Site plans and Elevations dated 16 December 2009. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt.
5 REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within an area identified for industrial/warehousing purposes. The design and siting of the development takes account of the principles set out in the Council’s supplementary planning guidance. The proposal therefore accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plan.
