| 4 | (4) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order, 1995, (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no enlargement of the dwelling(S) the subject of this permission shall be carried out without the express consent of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To safeguard the character and appearance of the development. |
| 5 | NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP1, DP2 and DP3 and Supplementary Planning Guidance Appendix 10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan. |
| 6 | REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within the limits to development as set out in the Council’s Development Plan. The layout and design are acceptable and accords with the supplementary planning guidance. The development respects the amenity and character of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal therefore accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plan. |
