# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) The premises shall not be open for use as a taxi business outside the following hours:- (0830 - 1730) Mondays - Fridays; (0830 - 1600) Saturdays; and, Not at all on Sundays and Bank Holidays. REASON: To safeguard the amenities of residential properties.
3 (3) A minimum of two car parking spaces shall be provided within the compound opposite the main building prior to commencement of the business and thereafter retained for parking purposes. REASON: To ensure that there is adequate on-site car parking to serve the use.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed partial change of use is considered to be acceptable in this location by virtue of the fact that it would not have an adverse affect on the character or amenity of the area. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plan.
