REASON: To avoid vehicles entering or leaving the site by an unsatisfactory access or route, in the interests of road safety. |
| 5 | (5) No more than 79 No. caravans may be stored on the site at any one time. REASON: To avoid over-occupancy of the site. |
| 6 | Informative Note: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. |
| 7 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed use is considered to be acceptable in this location by virtue of the fact that it would not have an adverse affect on the character or amenity of the area. The proposal does not raise any issues in respect of highway safety or neighbour amenity. The proposal therefore accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plan. |
