| 1 | (1) The branches of each tree shall be cut back to clear a 3 metre height, and smaller branches growing toward the public footpath pruned back to a secondary stem (not main trunk). Branches that extend toward the road shall be pruned by 15% (approx 3-4m). A number of smaller lower brances on the garden side would also benefit from pruning away from the private driveway. REASON: In the interests of visual amenity and the health and well-being of the TPO trees. |
