# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
2 (2) The railings shall be finished with black paint and shall be retained and maintained as such. REASON: To ensure the railings are of a satisfactory appearance which is in keeping with the character and appearance of 5 Warrior Terrace and the street scene as a whole.
3 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, CS25, DP9 and D10.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Council’s Development Plan.
5 ADVISORY NOTE: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building works to ensure that mud, debris or other deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person.
