The applicant needs to ensure that none of the ground floor windows abutting the adopted highway open outwards over the adopted highway, to minimise the possible danger to highway users. |
| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development is considered to be appropriate within this existing commercial centre. It would not have an adverse impact on the character and amenity of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or adversely affect highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan. |
