| 1 | (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2 | (2) The storage unit hereby approved shall be removed from the site and the land reinstated to its former condition (grass) before 31 December 2014 unless planning permission has been granted for its retention. REASON: The storage of the unit is not suitable for permanent retention. |
| 3 | (3) The storage unit shall be painted the BS colour stated on drawing No. JH 2011 received by the Local Planning Authority on 27 July 2009 and shall be maintained in that colour for the lifetime of the development unless otherwise first agreed in writing. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory external finish is achieved. |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development due to its size, design and position subject to the approval being for a temporary period would not compromise the character or appearance of the area, residential amenity, highway safety or crime prevention. Further, the development is required for uses aligned to social and community needs. It is therefore considered that the development meets the aims of Policies CS20, CS22, DP1, DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. |
