| 3 | (3) The details submitted pursuant to Condition 2 above shall include the submission of samples of all materials to be used in the development for the prior approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory finish. |
| 4 | (4) Prior to the commencement of the stonework repairs a sample panel of stonework repairs shall have first been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure a satisfactory finish. |
| 5 | (5) Any proposed removal or renewal of roofing timbers shall be first be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: In the interests of the integrity of this Listed Building. |
| 6 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed works and the submitted 'Schedule of Works' would maintain the integrity of the Listed Building. It is considered therefore that the development meets the aims of National Planning Policy as expressed by Planning Policy Guidance 15 (6) and Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. |
