| 5 | INFORMATIVE NOTES: · The developer should be aware that this notice is part of a two-stage approval process together with the Outline Planning Permission reference R/2008/0584/OOM dated 28 November 2008. · It is advised that deliveries should be between 0915 to 14.45 and 15.30 to 1800 due to the proximity to the school. · A joint condition survey of the local highway would be required prior to the commencement of works. The developer is advised to contact Highway Maintenance of the Highway Authority to arrange this · The developer should contact the Naming and Numbering officer of the Highway Authority regarding the postal addresses for the proposed dwellings. · The developer is advised to make early contact with the Highway Authority with regard to footway adoption. |
| 6 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development due to its, scale, design and location would, bearing in mind the current form of development, be unlikely to create conditions that would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the area, biodiversity, local residential amenity, highway safety or crime prevention. The proposal therefore accords with the aims of Policies CS20, DP2, DP3 and DP7 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. |
