| 2 | (2) The proposed dormer bungalow due to its size, proximity and relationship with the residential terrace to the east would have an overbearing impact upon those dwellings to the detriment of the living conditions the occupiers may reasonable expect to enjoy. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. |
| 3 | (3) The proposed development would result in loss of an existing parking area that currently serves No. 40 Green Road, with the result that there would be increased pressure for on street parking in the vicinity of the site where space is already at a premium. This would be to the detriment of highway safety. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. |
