REASON: In the interests of residential amenity. |
| 4 | (4) Before development at the site commences, details of odour and infestation control shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These details shall include information on how the manure is to be stored and how it is to be spread. The applicant shall include a location plan indicating where manure will be stored and where the manure will be spread. If the manure piles are not covered they should be monitored on a weekly basis to ensure there is no fly activity. At the first sign of any fly infestations the manure should be covered with suitable sheeting. REASON: In the interests of residential amenity. |
| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
