| 2 | (2) A one metre square free-standing panel of brickwork showing the type of brick, brickwork and pointing to be used in the new work, shall be constructed on site and approved by the local planning authority before any work commences. The brick panel so constructed shall be retained until all of the repairs have been completed. REASON: To safeguard and enhance the special character the listed building. |
| 3 | (3) Details of the external materials to be used in the carrying out of this permission (including samples) shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of development and the development shall not be carried out except in accordance with the approved details. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials. |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Council’s Development Plan. |
