# Condition Details
1 (1) Within 6 months of the date of this decision, barriers / restraining measures shall be installed at either end of the properties on Greystoke Walk, which front the new cycleway / footpath in order to reduce speed and prevent use by motorbikes. REASON: In the interests of the safety of local residents.
2 REASON FOR DECISION: The provision of improved cycle - links is a key objection of this Council in promoting sustainable forms of transport. It is considered that the proposal is acceptable and will not affect the amenity of the area to an unacceptable degree. There are no highway objections to the proposal and the scheme does not raise issues in respect of crime prevention.
3 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, CS26, CS28, DP2 and DP3.
