Conditions table
# Condition Details
1 (1) The fence as constructed restricts visibility particularly for pedestrians and vehicles exiting the neighbouring property (No. 143 Laburnum Road) and as such the scheme is considered to have a detrimental effect on highway safety.
2 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, DP2 and DP3 and Supplementary Planning Guidance Appendix 10 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
3 (2) The height of the fence along the pavement edge is considered to have a detrimental effect on the street scene. The scheme is, therefore, contrary to the Council's adopted Development Plan.
