# Condition Details
1 () The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 INFORMATIVE NOTE: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person.
3 INFORMATIVE: The applicant should be aware that Guisborough market days occur every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Consideration of this should be given when undertaking the works so as to not cause pedestrian or traffic congestion in front of the church on these days.
4 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposal complies with Policies CS25 and DP9 of the Council’s adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance.
5 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3 and DP9 and Supplementary Planning Guidance Appendix 2 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan.
