| 4 | (4) Development shall not commence until a detailed scheme for the disposal of surface water from the development hereby approved has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, in consultation with Northumbrian Water. The development hereby approved shall then be built in accordance with the details approved. REASON: To ensure that the discharge of surface water from the site does not increase the risk of flooding in the area. |
| 5 | INFORMATIVE: ·It is the responsibility of anyone carrying out the works to ensure that mud or debris is not deposited onto the highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. ·In order for the Council to adopt the footway in front of the proposed dwelling it needs to be dedicated to the Highway Authority by the landowner via section 72 of the Highways Act (1980). The applicant should contact Darren Edmonds on 01287 612537 to make the necessary arrangements. ·The applicant should contact the Naming and Numbering Officer, Sandra Beaty on 01287 612538, to make arrangements for the correct postal address for the dwelling prior to completion of the development. |
