| 1 | (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2 | (2) The development hereby approved shall be built in accordance with the amended plan(s) (showing a single column including both the street light and the CCTV device) received by the Local Planning Authority on 1 May 2009) unless first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. REASON: For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3 | (3) The new column hereby approved shall be installed to be the same height as the existing column to be replaced. In addition the new lantern to be used shall be the same as the existing lantern to be removed. REASON: To ensure suitable illumination of the car park. |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed CCTV column will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the special character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
