| 3 | (3) The trough lighting on the Spar signs and the canopy are to be fixed in such a manner that bare bulbs are not visible to the public eye or passing motorists and shall be directly focussed onto the signs themselves. REASON: In the interest of residential amenity and highways safety. |
| 4 | INFORMATIVE: You should be aware that the existing lighting regime at the site, together with the 2 flagpoles that have been erected, have been done so without the relevant consents. This approval in no way includes any approval for the as yet unauthorised lighting regime and flagpoles. |
| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
