| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed variation of condition to allow the redevelopment of this petrol filling station would be in accordance with the prevailing policies of the adopted development plan and within the context of the decision of the Planning Inspectorate regarding the impact of the proposed filling station under planning permission R/2007/0758/FF. The development would not have a significantly harmful impact upon the amenity of neighbours or highway safety and the impact upon the vitality and viability of Eston District Centre would be acceptable. |
