| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within the limits to development as set out in the Council’s Development Plan. The layout and design are acceptable and accords with the supplementary planning guidance. The development respects the amenity and character of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal therefore accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plan. |
