REASON: To safeguard the character and appearance of the development.
2 (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order, 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no detached buildings shall be erected within the boundary of this site the subject of this permission, without the express consent of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To safeguard the character and appearance of the development.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the residential curtilage extension does not have a detrimental effect on the character or appearance of the Liverton Conservation Area. The boundary fence and shed also have little impact on the appearance of the Conservation Area and do not affect the amenities of nearby residents to an unacceptable degree.
