# Condition Details
1 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development is outside the limits of development where there is a presumption against such development unless an exceptional need is demonstrated as set out in Policy DP1. No exceptional circumstances have been submitted to support this proposal; it is therefore contrary to Policy DP1 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007. The proposed development is unable to achieve the required visibility splay along Boosbeck Road (A171). The proposal would therefore result in conditions detrimental to highway safety and is thus contrary to Policy DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007.
