| 3 | (3) The use of the gymnasium hereby approved shall be ancillary to the Wilton Centre complex and at no time shall more than half (50%) of the members of the gymnasium shall constitute members of the public. Reason: The site is outside the development limits and is an inappropriate site for use as an independent gym facility. |
| 4 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposed development will not cause significant harm to the amenities of local residents or adversely affect the character and appearance of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal accords with the Council's adopted Development Plan and Supplementary Planning Guidance. |
