# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) Details of materials to be used for the coping stones shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. REASON: To ensure the use of satisfactory materials.
3 (3) Details shall be submitted of the new windows and doors, including 1:20 plans and sections, including information on the depth to which they are recessed into the masonry, prior to the commencement of development. REASON: In the interest of the character of the listed building.
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS20, DP1, DP2, DP3, DP9 and DP10.
5 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development will preserve the special character and setting of this Listed Building. The proposal therefore complies with Policies CS25 and DP10 of the Council’s Development Plan.
