| 4 | (4) Prior to the spectator stands being brought into use details of the car parking arrangements should submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented in accordance with the agreed scheme. REASON: To ensure adequate on-site parking is provided. |
| 5 | INFORMATIVE: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure that mud, debris or other deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. |
| 6 | INFOMATIVE: The applicant is reminded that it is their responsibility to make secure the site when not in use to prevent trespass form unauthorised persons. |
| 7 | NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS19, CS20, DP2 and DP3. |
| 8 | REASON FOR DECISION: The stands are located immediately to the rear of the clubhouse and adjacent building and will not have an adverse effect on nearby residents. The proposed floodlights will be installed to minimise light spillage beyond the perimeter of the pitch. The car park is large enough to accommodate the required level of on-site parking provided that spaces are demarcated in a satisfactory manner. It is not considered that the proposed development will exacerbate ant-social behaviour. |
