This would be to the detriment of the appearance of the area and to the living conditions of both existing and future residents of this property. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies CS20, CS25, DP2, DP3 and DP9 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. (2) The proposed rear extension due to its design would be likely to result in overlooking of the dwelling to the east to the detriment of the living conditions of the occupiers that they may reasonably expect to enjoy. The proposal is therefore contrary to the aims of Policies CS20, DP2 and DP3 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework. |
