| 2 | (2) Prior to the loading bay being brought into used the bay shall be marked out on the ground and include the words ‘Loading Only’. REASON: In terms of highways safety. |
| 3 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed loading bay would improve accessibility and safety within the school site and raises no issues in relation to highway safety. The proposal will not cause significant harm to neighbour amenity or to the character of the area and accords with policies DP2, DP3 and CS20 of the Local Development Framework (3). |
