1 (1) Within 6 weeks from the date of this decision the fence shall be painted / stained in a suitable colour to match other boundary fencing within the surrounding area and shall thereafter maintained as such to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to safeguard amenity.
2 NOTE: The following Development Plan Policies were relevant to this decision: Local Development Framework Policies CS1, CS20, CS25 & DP3.
3 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed alterations would not have an adverse impact upon the amenity of neighbours or the character and appearance of the site. In all other respects the proposal complies with the adopted development plan and therefore the proposal would be acceptable.
4 INFORMATIVE: You should be aware that this consent does not in any way relate to the display of adverts at the site. It is noted that several advert boards have been erected at the site in recent weeks without Advertisement Consent. These adverts are therefore unauthorised and potentially liable to enforcement action. You are therefore advised to remove the unauthorised adverts at the site. Should you wish to display new adverts that require advertisement consent you should apply for this before they are erected at the site.
