| 5 | INFORMATIVE: The applicant is reminded that it is the responsibility of anybody carrying out building work to ensure mud, debris or deleterious material is not deposited from the site onto the public highway and, if it is, it shall be cleared by that person. |

| 7 | REASON FOR DECISION: The site is some distance from the neighbouring residential properties and the proposed kennels will be within an existing building. It is not considered that the development will have an adverse effect on the amenity of the area, which would justify refusal of the application . There are no highways objections to the proposal and the scheme does not raise any issues with respect to crime prevention. |
