| 5 | REASON FOR DECISION: It is considered that the proposal will not greatly affect the character of the area as there are other examples of CCTV in the locale and it is considered that there will be little effect on the amenities of residents. The proposal offers no negative issues with regard to crime prevention or highway safety and, therefore, accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plans. |
