| 3 | (3) The floodlights shall be turned off no later than 2100hrs every day. REASON: In the interests of the amenities of the area. |
| 4 | (4) All permanent lighting provided to the proposed development shall be arranged so as not to shine directly towards any dwelling. REASON: In the interest of the amenities of the area. |
| 5 | NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policy CS1, CS2, CS19, CS20, DP2 and DP3. |
| 6 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed MUGA will be located within the grounds of Errington Primary School. Whilst it will occupy part of the playingfield area, the proposed facility will be able to be used throughout the year for school and community purposes. It is not considered that the scheme will unduly impact the amenity of nearby residents on the basis that the hours of use will be restricted and floodlights will be directed on to the playing area. |
