| 5 | (5) Before the dwelling is occupied the two car parking spaces shown on the drawings hereby approved, shall be provided on site and thereafter retained as car parking spaces to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure adequate parking at the site. |
| 6 | (6) All driveway surfaces are to be bound, surfaced and drained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: In the interest of amenity and highway safety. |
| 7 | REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within the limits to development as set out in the Council’s Development Plan. The layout and design are acceptable and accords with the supplementary planning guidance. The development respects the amenity and character of the area. The application does not raise any issues in respect of crime prevention or highway safety. The proposal therefore accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plan. |
