| 8 | REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed advertisements due to their location would constitute conspicuous and intrusive features within the street scene to the detriment of the visual amenities and character of the area. The proposal is therefore contrary to policy DP12 of the Council's Adopted Development Plan 2007. It is considered that the other advertisements are acceptable and should be approved subject to conditions. |
