# Condition Details
1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 (2) Within 6 months of the replacement apparatus being brought fully into operation the existing H3G mast shall be removed from the site together with all the related redundant apparatus and materials. REASON: In the interests of the visual appearance of the site.
3 INFORMATIVE: The developer is reminded that it is an offence to deposit mud/debris onto the adopted highway
4 NOTE: The following development plan policies were relevant to this decision:- Local Development Framework Policies CS9 and DP2.
5 REASON FOR DECISION: The proposed development due to its size, design and location would not create conditions prejudicial to the appearance of the area and would enable two telecom operates to site share and is thereby in accordance with the aims of both national planning policy and Policies CS9 and DP2 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Development Framework 2007.
