1 (1) The development shall not be begun later than the expiration of THREE YEARS from the date of this permission. REASON: Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2 REASON FOR DECISION: The site is within an area identified for industrial/warehousing purposes. The design and siting of the development takes account of the principles set out in the Council’s supplementary planning guidance. The proposal therefore accords with the Council’s adopted Development Plan.
3 NOTE: The following Development Plan Policies were relevant to this decision: Local Development Framework Policies DP2, DP3, CS9, CS20 and Supplementary Planning Guidance Appendix 7 and IND4 of the Redcar and Cleveland Local Plan 1999.
